44 acts comprising 1 act from the 2nd session dated 1690 concerning Relief for poor prisoners , 23 out of 24 acts from the 5th session dated 1693-1694 and 19 out of 20 acts for the 6th session dated 1694-1695, 2 sets of tables bound after the 5th session for both the 5th and 6th session.

Lacking the first act in the 5th session. An act granting to Their Majesties an aid of four shillings in the pound for one year, for carrying on a vigorous war against France and an identical act, the 3rd act of the 6th session. Both acts are long and tedious and may have been omitted to facilitate binding.

The 5th session 75 -454 p. (lacking most blanks between acts so pagination not continuous), Two separate tables for the 5th and 6th session comprising two leaves each,

The Sixth Session: 1 – 12, 233 – 515 p. Lacking some blanks.

Bound in contemporary full calf, with five raised bands, contemporary ink title to leather spine in the second compartment. Upper front hinge one-inch split with early repairs. Two blank leaves, front and rear with one loose. Contents clean, well margined, with minor foxing and marks. Contemporary signature to the 2nd front blank Rich Blackall 1695.
