10 Pamphlets, bound in contemporary Cambridge style sprinkled calf, ruled in-blind. The spine in six compartments with five raised bands. A contemporary red leather label, (reading ‘Pamphlets Vol. IX’), in the second compartment from the top. The binding in a very good to near fine condition; a little rubbed at extremities, slightly marked, a touch of insect damage to boards.
Internally paper of variable quality with some browning and spotting, a few leaves with top edge trimmed close occasionally cropping page number. Binding Early inscription to title-page of first work. Manuscript table of contents to front endpapers.
